These packs are perfect to aid in neck and shoulder pain relief, a must have for someone who has chronic pain, or work at a desk all day.

Made to wrap around your neck and shoulders, they have a light weight feel to them, meaning they aren't too heavy, but apply an even heat or cool to help relieve pain and tension.
Able to also be used around the waist or behind the lower back for cramping relief.

Instructions:
-Microwave for 90 seconds.
-Carefully remove from microwave and shake around to disperse the heat evenly.
-If not hot enough, microwave in extra 10 second intervals to achieve the desired temperature.
-For use as a Cool Pack, place it in an air tight bag and store in the freezer.
